Accessibility

This is an English translation for convenience. The German version is the original.

Stories are for everyone. This page is built so that it adapts to the people who read it — not the other way around.

What can be adjusted

• Font size: via the „A" menu (at the top or in the sidebar), continuously larger or smaller — the whole page scales with it.
• Reading typeface: Classic, Sans-serif or Highly readable (Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface specifically designed for maximum readability — helps, among others, with low vision and dyslexia).
• Text spacing: larger line and letter spacing on request for calmer reading.
• Light & Dark: switchable; without a choice, the page follows the system setting.

What is taken into account automatically

• Anyone who has set reduced motion in the operating system gets reduced animations.
• Anyone who prefers higher contrast sees muted text boosted.
• The page is operable by keyboard (visible focus, skip link to the content) and usable with common screen readers.

The books

Every purchase includes the book as an EPUB — the accessible edition: clear structure, chapter navigation, freely scalable text, screen-reader compatible. The PDF edition is designed for a faithful reproduction of the book's layout; anyone who needs accessibility is best served by the EPUB.

If something does not work

Despite every effort, not everything can be foreseen. If any part of this page or one of the books is not operable, that should not fail because of a technical hurdle. A short message is enough — we will help and improve:
